At only 26 years old, she is already a dual Olympian and taekwondo champion who has represented Australia at the Tokyo and Paris Olympic Games in 2020 and 2024. Having completed her Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Nutrition from RMIT University, Stacey aims to launch her own sports nutrition business. Currently training full-time at Melbourne’s Combat Institute of Australia and Victorian Institute of Sport, she’s setting her sights on LA28 for her third Olympic Games. In her spare time, Stacey is building Shymrktd, her activewear brand, creating training apparel designed for ultimate comfort and performance.\n
