DESCRIPTION:Tuesday 9 December at 10.00am\nLeader: Catherine Symons\nSubject: Lines and Abstracted Images\nSketching is about making marks and lines. In this session we will explore the use of free flowing lines to create patterns, shapes and images. Then using shading, and colour we will create abstract shapes or forms to create a picture.\nThere will be a sense of discovery in this activity as you seek to identify things you did not expect, hopefully with a bit of fun. Please bring drawing paper, pencils, coloured pencils or water colours. All abilities are welcome and please remember to book.\nThe session will be followed by the combined Sketching and Drawing Christmas lunch in the Garden Room. More details about the Christmas Lunch will be available shortly.\n
