SUMMARY:TECHNOLOGY CIRCLE
DESCRIPTION:Monday 1 December 6.00pm for 6.30pm\nSpeaker: Dr. Tessa Forshaw\nSubject: Innovation Hesitation – what’s holding back our creativity?\nInnovation doesn’t stall because of a lack of ideas but because of a hesitation to act on them. Dr Tessa Forshaw, Harvard cognitive scientist and author of Innovation-ish, unpacks the psychology of what she calls Innovation Hesitation—the myths, fears, and mindsets that quietly hold people and nations back from creating. Drawing on cognitive science and her research on mindsets, she explains how beliefs about creativity, risk, and failure shape behaviour, and how reframing these can unlock everyday innovation essential for personal and national progress.\n$70 one course dinner with wine.\n
