Caterina Borsato of Caterina’s Cucina e Bar will share her story from a Gippsland farm to one of Melbourne’s most prestigious Italian restaurants. Caterina’s family is from the Veneto Region, and our food and beverage team will create a menu which reflects its rich culinary heritage.
