DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 16 July 5.30 – 6.30pm\nWine appreciation by women for women.\nFor our fourth meeting of the Circle, we will continue our exploration of red wine as Meredith Stone, Hospitality Manager, guides us through the essentials of tasting and assessing wine.\nThis month the theme is Winter Red Wine Varieties.\nWe will taste four red wines to illustrate the fundamentals of identifying and appreciating these more robust red wine varietals such as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon,  Mourvèdre and Nebbiolo.\nMembers are welcome to invite female guests.\nBooking is essential as the maximum number at each tasting is 30.\nOptional à la carte dining will be available following the conclusion of the tasting.\n$25.00 for wine tasting.\n
