DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 11 June at 6.00pm\n \nSpeaker:  Professor Ann V Sanson, Honorary Professorial Fellow, University of Melbourne with expertise the psychological development of children and young people.\nSubject: Protecting and supporting our young people in times of climate crisis\n \nThe impacts of climate change are now obvious around the world, and worse is to come. More young people are experiencing climate disasters first-hand, and most are worried about how it will affect their future lives. Learning how we can best support today’s children and young people is thus an urgent task.\n \nThis talk will outline her work with colleagues on understanding the psychological aspects of climate change.
