DESCRIPTION:Friday  24 July at 10:30am\nSpeaker: Rev Samantha Lo.\nSubject: Spiritual Care in Aged Care\nThe Reverend Sam Lo is the Vicar at St Paul’s Anglican’s Church East Kew. Prior to taking up this appointment in December 2025, she spent over a decade in health care chaplaincy. She was the Spiritual Care Coordinator at Baptcare Karana Community in Kew, pastoral harpist at Epworth Eastern Hospital and most recently the Pastoral Care Coordinator at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne. Rev Lo has long held a keen interest in the spiritual care of people living with neurodegenerative disease and the alternative pathways to provide that care when conversation is not feasible or helpful. She is also an advocate for trauma-informed spiritual care, whether in healthcare or in a parish setting. Rev Lo sits on the board of directors of Spiritual Care Australia and Relationship Matters (Vic).\n $15.00 for optional sandwich lunch.\nConvenors: Leonie Bird and Jan Williamson\n
