She is a member of the International Association of Women Judges (IAWJ) and former Vice-President of the Australian Association of Women Judges. Her work in the legal profession and since retiring reflect a lifelong commitment to achieving access to justice and equality of opportunity, especially for women.\nFrances will discuss her career in the law and her role in the IAWJ’s successful evacuation of close to 200 Afghan women judges who faced retaliation following the Taliban’s re-entry into Kabul in August 2021 and the role mentoring has played in resettling these women and their families.\n$70.00 for one course dinner with wine.\n
