DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 17 June at 5.15pm for a 5.30pm start to 6.30pm\nTheme: Matching wines with cheese\nSpeaker: Jeremy Stradbury, proprietor Super Cheese.\nJeremy established Super Cheese, a speciality cheese shop in Richmond in 2022 after a successful career as a chef and then working with Will Studd for over 10 years. He is a Guard and Juror in the Guilde des Fromagers.\nJeremy will discuss the alchemy of science, tradition and passion that produces artisanal cheese and together with Hospitality Manager, Meredith Stone, will discuss the principles behind successfully matching wine with different cheeses to enhance the pleasure of both.\nParticipants will be served a tasting plate of 4 cheeses and matched wines\nMembers are welcome to invite female guests.\nBooking is essential as the maximum number at each tasting is 30.\nOptional à la carte dining will be available following the conclusion of the tasting.\n$50 for wine and cheese tasting.\nBooking is essential as the maximum number at each tasting is 30.\n
