After 18 months in London and further education, Jeanette was teaching Life Skills to incarcerated youth at Turana, before another career change at 40 saw the creation of a catering business where everything was possible, from catering for the Victoria State Opera to running a sandwich bar at the Teachers’ Union.\n$70.00 optional one course dinner with wine.\n
