She is an interior designer and heritage consultant who uses her research to promote the beautiful interiors of Melbourne’s heritage buildings and their artistic details. Having spent some twenty years as a commercial interior designer in Melbourne, Kristine completed a Master in Urban and Cultural Heritage at the University of Melbourne. She is Affiliate Member of the Australian Institute of Architects (Vic) and a Member of the Design Institute of Australia (MDIA), and currently works as a senior heritage consultant at GML Heritage. She is a strong advocate for the appreciation and protection of Melbourne’s heritage interiors.\nMelbourne Heritage Interiors is the first book of its kind. It provides an in-depth look at heritage spaces and the architects, craftspeople and artists who created them, including the Lyceum Club’s building. Kristine will present the stories behind a selection of interior spaces which feature in the book, including the Club’s Magnolia Mural, and wil provide insights into how they connect with Melbourne’s social history. She will also provide insights into the process of the creation of the book, which is self-published. The book will be available for purchase and signing.\n$50.00 for Afternoon Tea\n
