DESCRIPTION:Tuesday 31 March at 12noon\nSpeaker: Heide Modra : Owner/Founder of Fitzroy’s Pinotta Restaurant\nSubject: Love Your Local\nBe it a cafe, restaurant, speciality food store, greengrocer or Saturday market we all enjoy shopping and eating in our neighbourhood with no one better equipped to share her experience with us than Heide Modra. Her local restaurant Pinotta, with chef Phillippa Sibley in the kitchen, gained a Good Food Guide hat before it closed last year. Join us at 12 noon on 31 March for our annual Long Table Lunch to savour the delights of the harvest and to exchange stories of favourite places. Our meal will consist of shared platters of vegetables and fruits which are at their best, perhaps a dish of spicy baked pumpkin, the last of the tomatoes with a local cheese followed by a fruity dessert. Our hospitality team will collaborate with Heide to bring you a meal to celebrate and remember this ‘season of mellow fruitfulness’.\nRemember it’s lunch on Tuesday 31 March not our usual 2nd Thursday evening. As always, guests are welcome or come by yourself and meet new friends.\n$100.00 for two courses with wine.\n
